“Great food, service and a cool atmosphere. I like how the bar area is separate from the dining area. The patio was nice too. With many TVs, it's a good place to watch sports. The menu had a plethora of choices from pizza, pub grub, seafood, many salad choices (I recommend the basil vinaigrette) and great steaks! Definitely my new go to spot when visiting Wheeling.“

“Honestly I used to despise BK.. ever since the Island opened 24/7 it's become my go to ff. Prices are a bit extreme but the service for the last 3 months has been outstanding. The window cashier has been wonderful every time day or night. The food has been fresh and made exactly as it should be. Not a sloppy grease pile thrown into a wrapper like it used to be. And not once have I had to pull around and wait even at 2am which is very surprising given I had never been thru and not had to wait for something. That being because my son always orders some type of chicken. Even without the wait it's been hot and fresh. There is one girl who works late night I think is excellent at her job. The manager lady the same. Honestly I just love the crews they've had the last few months. They do a superb job and actually seem to appreciate their job. Thank you!!“

“I've been inside and through the drive-thru of both Wendy's restaurants at the Highlands and in Elm Grove West Virginia and both have great atmosphere and customer service and their food quality has always remained consistent which is excellent.“

“We were helping a friend and we’re late coming home and I had planted the Mickey D’s seed and we knew it was close to closing so being amazing at technology, I can text with one thumb , I told my girl to call our order in bc if there is no McDonald’s the night is just not gonna have the romance one was promised so the order was placed and with my incredible driving skills on full display made it in the nick of time and yes she was very impressed and happy, the staff was everything you’d want in fast food they were cool and the food was hot the order was exactly as ordered and they made us a fresh basket of fries and all is great in the world tonight thank y’all very much we are very gracious for the wonderful help we aren’t ones to eat out much we love our home meals big or small so when we do it’s experiences like this that’ll bring us back when we do but the next time we’re adding two of those delicious apple pies thank you once again and may you all have an amazing and blessed 4th of July“

“Love this place! We usually stop by for drinks and blueberry creme pies a few times a week, breakfast on Fridays and an occasional early dinner! Dylan has a great staff and takes good care of his customers! I wish I knew everyone's name, because I'd like to thank them personally! I do enjoy seeing Tesla when I get a chance to stop by for drinks! She is always so friendly!“

“The place wasn't exceptionally busy yet we had to wait 20 minutes for tables that were visibly open. I understand timing table seatings to not overwhelm the kitchen, but we could have been sat and just told to hang tight so at least we had drinks and weren't in the doorway. The waitress was quick with taking orders and delivering drinks and food but didn't really smile or converse much until the end when she brought the check. The manager was running around helping deliver food but had her keys hanging on her belt which loudly clanked as she hustled thru the building. It was good to see her helping but the keys were very loud. The food was yummy, and the price was appropriate for what we ordered. Overall, if we're back in the area, we'd go again. Those cheese stick/logs were delish. My smash burger was tasty and the bubbas sauce was excellent.“

“Great spot to grab a cold one and view the Ohio River. Went at sunset and it was beautiful. Chill ambiance, great bartender. Next time, I'll have to grab a bite. Food looked good but I was only there for a brew or two this time. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Moundsville!“

“This is the best place for a fresh handmade burger, but everything on the menu is amazing. If you want an amazing meal, large portions and a fair price, you have to come here. You have to be 21 to enter. I tell everyone to come here, you'd never suspect this little café has the best food in the area.“
