DeFelice Brothers Pizza Bethlehem, West Virginia

Ever since the staff got changed over about 5-7 years ago, this specific Defelice has had atrocious service. I’ll leave my personal judgement of the kinds of workers they hire for myself, but the workers are barely doing the minimum. Not exaggerating, 10/11 times I’ve ordered there over the last couple years my order has been messed up. Don’t bother calling and asking for anything in return, bc there’s no acknowledgement and adjustment for future orders. Whether it be missing salad dressings, price is wrong, “rounding up” orders and keeping the change, more than unreasonable wait times making you drive around the building 5-6 times, you name it, they’ll find a way to screw it up. Now, to be fair, the food that does get made correctly, is mostly good Defelice quality food. If they truly shape up the staff and be consistent with a good staff, this can go back to being my favorite Defelice spot.

edit: Your response only further proves how lacking your guys’ self awareness is. If it wasn’t for the name, this “manager” couldn’t run a lemonade stand with someone else’s money. (they deleted their response of “your fault, Mr.Barry”)

Food was unimpressive and they forgot the meatballs. Called the store and no answer or machine to ask about it. Will not order again.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza over the phone and it was easy . Gentleman told me the cost and it would be ready in 20 minutes $18.00 and some change seems fair for a pick up pie. That's the best part of this review . As I entered the pizzeria I see four employees making and boxing various food items. I stood there for 9 minutes before anybody even acknowledged my presence. In my 9 minutes of wasted time I noticed two employees attempting to scrape burnt cheese off the bottom of a cooked pizza with a dry dish towel? The floor was a rodents buffet. My pizza sat not on the warm pizza oven but on a cold aluminum table so yes it was basically cold. When I got home I had to pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm it back up. ?. I shared this pizza with a friend and we both had bad stomach issues the next day . That's my real name and I give honest reviews . Stay away until they clean this place up amd can properly cook and store a pizza for pick up. The actual pie itself was uneventful .

Listen y'all this place actually has the best pizza i have ever had. Tbh. The crust is flavorful And lightly crisped. The cheese is plentiful and marries perfectly with their pepperoni. We got a large pizza, bread sticks, and 2L of soda for $29. With how expensive everything has gotten recently, I really feel like this is a fair price. There was plenty of food leftover as well. all in all I found my new pizza joint when visiting the area.. I might even make a trip there just bc the food is that bomb ,❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have not had DeFelice Pizza in about 25 years. I remember eating it as a kid. It was one of my favorites. I was a little hesitant that it wouldn't be what I remembered. From that first bite, it reminded my of the Ohio Valley area. It was delicious.
The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and kind. Thank you again for helping us bring it to my kids and giving them a piece of my childhood

Was visiting back in the valley and thought I would try my favorite pizza as a young adult to see how it compares to the adult taste buds test. Wow, it was delicious. The sauce exploded on my taste buds, and the crust was buttery, crunch, and delicious. Taking me back to when we ordered the pizza for family dinners. Brought back a ton of great family memories

Looked like Pizza Hut pizza. Tasted like Pizza Hut pizza. Pretty sure they ordered a medium pizza Hut pizza, transferred boxes, and gave it to us as a "large".

Ordered a "plain pizza cheese calzone" got it... it was a pepperoni calzone ok.... no big deal... started eating it... it had riccatta cheese... all I wanted was just a plain pizza cheese calzone... they don't put riccatta on their pizza, which is why I specify "plain pizza cheese"Well I'm not the only one who has nothing nice to say about your location ? some reviews I read are just as negative as mine... some worse

Every time we're in wheeling, we eat here. Absolutely, hands down, the best pizza. The salads are also top notch. We don't leave without getting both!

Since when did the taco pizza stop coming without sour cream and Buffalo wings stop coming with ranch or any sauce of your choice? So when I call the store to talk to the manager he gets rude with me and was yelling and cussing at me .. that’s so unprofessional.. will Not order from here ever again!!Bethlehem WV Location
