Food is good...not great. Small space so it can be noisy. Our waitress Alicia was great. We always ask for her section.

I discovered Elle & Jacks because 3 people selected it for business meetings on the same day. They were wonderful to work with on the transitions between meetings. The food was excellent. I will return.

Overall great evening. Arancini Baal appetizer were excellent as were the filet mignon dinners we each had. We didn't have any room for desserts. The Old Fashion cocktails were excellent as well!

The shrimp pasta was really good, scallops and risotto pretty good. Arncini was kinda mid and Brussels need reworked, overcooked and kinda bland. Banana foster bread pudding was the highlight.

I grew up in Wheeling, and couldn't be happier to have some seriously fantastic food, service, and atmosphere at Elle & Jack's. We were invited by my sister's dearest friends and man was it nothing less than perfect all the way around. Your business is exactly what Wheeling needed.

Ultimately we had gone for the special, filet Oscar, and were told they were out of filets. Then I ordered a garage draft beer and they were out of that also. I ended up having the spicy curry shrimp, which was very spicy. It was good but I would not recommend it. Desert - chocolate flourless cake with chocolate gelato was very good. Chelsea was our server and she is always amazing!
