Highly recommend the lamb chop appetizer. Perfectly prepared and great flavor. This is a gem of a restaurant to find in Wheeling. Can’t wait to come back to try more things on the menu.

Perfect place dinner for in Wheeling! Delicious food (I had the Salmon), great cocktails , friendly staff, and a clean restaurant (which is very important to me). Looking forward to going back!

Absolutely delicious food. Great service and very clean place. Bonus that it's walking distance to the theater. Make a very good whiskey sour. Husband's risotto was the best I've ever had. Made my filet just the way I ordered it and it was scrumptious. Definitely would go back.

Our experiences here have been very satisfying. Our waitress, Alyssa, is alone worth the trip.

Man the drinks were terrible Hubby and I both ordered the petite filet it was just basic. The fosters banana dessert was perfect. I won’t go back the waitress didn’t seem to mind that I wasn’t happy with my 1st drink.

I sat at the bar for 25 minutes and no one noticed me. No water, no hello, nothing. The food is good if you get served.
Our party had a wonderful time we all thought the salmon, baked gnocchi, and charcuterie board were particularly delicious and the service was absolutely wonderful.
Our waitress literally took a $50 bill from a gentleman in our party to bring the birthday girl a piece of cake to surprise her after we paid our bill of $320 & tipped her $100 already. He had to ask her 3 times after that about the cake and when she finally brought it she handed him another bill for it for about $8. He didn't say anything he just put a $20 down she picked it up started to walk away and turns and says to him you don't need change do you? So for an $8 piece of cake she got tipped $62 on top of the $100 we already tipped her. Us ladies were not told about this until we were safely on the highway headed home because we DEFINITELY would have addressed it right then and there!
The food was great and we met the chef who was super friendly and even outside offering umbrellas to get to cars because it was raining so hard. However because of the waitress we won't be back. I have never had a waitress so apparently greedy & disgustingly money hungry and not even thankful for the big tips she received.

Elle and Jacks has indoor and outdoor seating. It provides a glimpse of the renaissance in downtown Wheeling. Our cocktails were very fine concoctions Each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. The prices were reasonable for the quality of this establishment. We were just visiting Wheeling for one day and Elle and Jack's will be a great memory for us. Thank you!!

Amazing as always. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly and was super helpful with my girlfriend's dairy allergy. I also greatly appreciated the chef himself coming out to let her know the dairy allergy wouldn't be an issue. It was her first time there and she was amazed. And the food? Incredible as always. She LOVED the scallops, the lamp pops were delicious and my burger hit the spot. And the creme bruhle? Exquisite. Thank you! 12/10 would recommend.
We were in Wheeling for a gallery opening and wanted something other than a burger or taco place to eat. Happened upon Elle & Jack's on Google Maps. Menu looked varied and like someone was actually COOKING the food.... we were not disappointed. The place was full, super noisy but with joyful conversations from table to table. Really delightful TTTT. We enjoyed everything we ordered, from a lovely side of green salad to the dessert. Lamb shank was a little heavy for a hot June night, but - honestly - I would do it again; it was THAT good. Sweetie could not finish his filet, but not for lack of trying. The prices fairly reflected the value received, and someone could dine there for less than $35 including 3 courses. Decor was sophisticated and fun - we just loved being there.

A bit more upscale, but fine for casual dress. The menu has a nice variety- lamb, seafood, beef, vegetables...

Unique dishes that you don't find very often - the Moroccan lamb with risotto was delicious. So was the shrimp diablo, with homemade linguini. We always have a good meal here, without exception. Would recommend without reservation. Only caveat - if you want a quiet experience, stay away from high traffic hours on the weekend.
Excellent service and food. We had the scallops and risotto, and the seafood pasta special. Highly recommended!
