Los Bajitos Mexican Restaurant Wheeling is a place where the food is always fresh and the plates look amazing. The pork carnitas have a good flavor, and the chicken wings are the star of the show—perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious, and some of the best wings in the area. The BBQ pork nachos taste so good they can't be resisted, and the chicken taco salad is the best and the largest one ever seen. The chorizo is the best around, and the meats are the most tender and freshest out of any Mexican restaurant around. The Kamikaze fries are 10/10, and every meal is delicious and perfectly prepared. Portions are very generous, making it a great place for a big eater or a person who likes to buy one meal and eat twice. The atmosphere is relaxing, with tables spread out so it doesn't feel like dining with a random stranger. The service is always good, the staff is always friendly, and guests are treated like guests of honor. This is the best in the area for sure.

Traveling home from our family holiday, and we’ll definitely be making this a stop on every Fourth of July trip from now on! The Kamikaze fries were 10/10, and every single one of our meals was delicious and perfectly prepared. Mateo, our server, was excellent and incredibly hospitable. We’re looking forward to next year.

I had pork carnitas which had a good flavor. The star of the show is their chicken wings. Amazing!!! Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! I never would have thought that a Mexican restaurant would make some of the best wings in the area! They are my main recommendation. Everyone who gets a chance to eat here MUST try them! You will not be disappointed.
