Personally I’d say this is the best coffee shop in Wheeling. Always very consistent, coffee isn’t just all sugar like a lot of the places around here. Everyone in the place is wonderful and considerate and just a super cool place in general. Bagels are pretty darn good as well. Id say I stop in at least 3-4 times a week and never seem to have any problems, keep doin what you’re doin y’all!

This was my first time to Mugshots and it won't be my last. The wrap I ordered and my drink were fantastic. And unlike a different coffee shop in Wheeling, they actually welcome us to stay and relax as long as we wanted. Great atmosphere with a coming home to Grandma's vibe.

It was like visiting friends, everyone was welcoming, even other patrons who seemed to be regulars. I ordered a latte and egg sandwich, both were tasty beyond expectations.
