I moved to the Elm Grove area about 18 years ago. Ive had this pizza on several occasions. It is extremely hit and miss to the point I'd go elsewhere when my wife orders it. By hit and miss I mean greasy or extremely greasy. Even on the good days this pizza might be a 3.5 star. People in this area really dont know what good pizza is but back this place 100% because its local. This use to be a Dicarlos pizza before he decided to venture on his own. Although I do miss coming inside and watching pizza be made and the video games I have to tell you that to our surprise we got pizza with THICK crust. Maybe by accident? After 50 years of enjoying DiCarlos and now Patsys I think you accidentally may have produced a winner. Give us the option of thick crust or light crust!!! Charge more if have too. This was a Thanksgiving Delight. Here is to starting a vote for thick crusted pizza…I!

I’ve been a customer for many years : even after I moved to FL and would return for a visit . Night before I flew out I would order an entire pan , freeze in ziplocks and my sons looked forward to it as well. They don’t have anything like it in FL.
