We ordered take-out and my wife picked it up. They don't give enough sauce with General Tso chicken, so I always order extra sauce on the side. But they didn't put no sauce with the chicken at all, and the chicken was dry and crispy. Always order fried dumplings. This time, they left out the sauce. My wife ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan without cabbage or mushrooms. Then add snowpeas and carrots. Still had cabbage, and only got 3 carrots. Silver Chopsticks is really going down hill....read full review
My egg roll came out ice cold. Dumplings weren't available. My chicken dish wasn't prepared as described in the menu. Wait person couldn't answer basic questions about the menu.

We ordered a QUART of Hot & Sour soup to go with the food we ordered. They gave us a PINT.Then when I opened the container there were 2 bits of pork and about 5-6 slivers of bamboo shoot. That was it. I used to think their Hot & Sour was the best. This was not even mediocre. Very disappointing. IF I order it again I’ll probably insist on checking the soup before leaving with it.
