“If you're looking for a great little country style roadside diner, this place is exactly what you want. Cute, kitschy but not over the top, comfortable atmosphere, excellent friendly service, and good food. But I came here to tell you about the cinnamon apples. Now I'm from Kansas and we have good cinnamon apples. But this is something else. I don't know, maybe they are this good everywhere in West Virginia but in my opinion, food critics should be traveling here from hundreds of miles away to try these cinnamon apples. I will never forget these apples. Come get you some. EDITED TO ADD: OMG try them with vanilla ice cream!“

“Very nice and clean with attentive and friendly staff. We were a bit late than usual having been on the road a long time but everything was really good. Well prepared and tasty. Good timing too, they were having a special on take home soups too.“
