My wife and I split the Seafood Capellini for dinner and it was excellent. We each had a cocktail and a dessert. She had the Limoncello Cake and I had the Chocolate Monaco Cake. The food was all delicious. It was fine dining, but also family friendly.

The food was cold. The service was bad/rude/indifferent. Sent food back- which I never do, and it came back cold again. This was a 250.00 meal for two. It should have been great. I will never go back.

Food was mostly awful. Prices was astronomical. I can't believe a restaurant like this even exists.

The Greenbrier went above and beyond our expectations. Horseback riding, floral arranging class, charcuterie class, axe throwing and the beautiful owls are just a few things I can recommend. We will return to enjoy this amazing hotel again.

Both the service and the food were just fair to good. Disappointing for a Greenbrier restaurant. Carrabba's is far better for much less money.

The space is lovely the service best we had at Greenbriar. The food was sub par. Risotto was over cooked and gluey the salmon tasteless the lasagna small and dry the focaccia yesterday’s bad batch. This was a 6:30 Monday holiday meal. The server was lovely, she spoke English which was new for us at the resort. Quite a shame…the restaurant was busy …people must not read reviews unfortunately I didn’t think I need too either.
The Forum was a surprisingly great restaurant! Of all the restaurants we dined at during our stay at the Greenbrier, I admit that this was the one for which I had the lowest expectations, because we eat at Italian restaurants frequently in the city where we live, and this one didn't look like it would be drastically different from any other Italian restaurant, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience and one of our very favorite Greenbrier restaurants. The ambience was very nice -- not super fancy. We didn't have to dress as formally as we did at the other Greenbrier restaurants, but there is still a dress code. For this one, we noticed that some men wore jackets and some did not, so either option is fine. Tie is definitely not required, though. The dining room is nice -- again, not as formal as at some of the other restaurants, but still very tasteful, comfortable, and relaxing. We were actually seated in the back dining room, though, which was a little more casual, but, in my opinion, had more charm. It had colorful tiles, a mural on the wall, and an open kitchen. I was thrilled that we got a cozy corner table with a half-booth type of seat, which was perfect for us. We also got to watch the pizza makers in the open kitchen, so that was fun, too! Service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and he was training another server, so we actually had two attentive servers, who were both wonderful. The food really exceeded our expectations. We both ordered pasta dishes, and they were fabulous. My husband had the alfredo pasta, and I tried a bite (or two!) of his dish, and it was really, really good. And I say that as someone who is very picky about alfredo sauce. At many restaurants, the alfredo sauce is creamy but bland. At The Forum, though, the alfredo is creamy and very flavorful. You could taste the cheese and garlic. It was so good, I would consider ordering it myself next time, except that my pasta dish was also exceptional -- and unique -- so I can't necessarily commit to ordering the alfredo next time, although I would definitely consider it! I had the pepperoni pasta, which was absolutely delicious. I have never had a pasta dish like it before. I don't usually order red-sauce pastas, but the addition of pepperoni (instead of beef or sausage) intrigued me, so I tried it. It was out of this world!!! The sauce was so flavorful. The pepperoni was in little pieces -- very small chunks -- and there was tons of it, so you got a lot in every bite. I was worried it might be too spicy, as I don't care for super spicy foods, but it wasn't at all. It was just very flavorful, with the pepperoni flavor really shining through. I'm sad that this dish is not on the menu at other Italian restaurants. I guess I'll just have to come back to The Forum so I can get it again! Even though we were stuffed with all of the pasta, my husband still ordered a dessert. It was a tough choice, but he loves peaches, so he decided to try the peach melba -- something neither of us has had before. What an absolute delight! The menu describes it as just peaches, raspberry, and ice cream, but I'm glad we asked the waiter for more details, because it was so much more than that -- it was a lovely, brightly colored confection of various ingredients, layered together in a glass ice-cream sundae dish. There were juicy peaches, homemade vanilla ice cream, raspberry sorbet, raspberry meringues, crunchy bits of streusel, fresh raspberries, and a pirouette type of cookie. Everything melded together beautifully. It was fun to eat (I "helped" my husband eat it) and absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend The Forum. It's a nice contrast to some of the more formal restaurants at The Greenbrier, and both the food and service are outstanding. We will be back!
dont bother on the Chicken Parm. dry and tasteless, lacking Marinara, when asked for more, charged $5. $18 bowl of bean soup tasty, but only cup. $18 salad, Lunch size. staff nice and atmosphere good. pizza $35 don’t do It.

I loved eating dinner here while at The Greenbrier! The duck breast entree was phenomenal. The lights went out dinner our dinner but didn’t bother anyone there. The waitstaff was wonderful and attentive and all guest were very happy. The food was perfection and I can’t wait to come back!
Great place to eat right inside the Greenbrier. Excellent pizza and pasta dishes. The fresh bread and olive oil was perfect. Reservations are recommended. Top notch service all around.
The food was as disappointing as the service. Our dishes did not taste fresh, more like microwaved. Our service was terrible. Had to ask for everything.

We tend to have dinner at The Forum when we stay at The Greenbrier. Reservations are necessary as staffing seems to be low......there were several vacant tables but walk in guests were being turned away. The food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the salmon with risotto. Our server was very nice but not very attentive. He seemed to be busy with numerous tables. The obvious staffing problem is having a negative impact on service. Prices are fairly high.
We really enjoyed everything that we ate here. The selection was very good which included several vegan dishes that Red thoroughly enjoyed. Our favorite dining experience while we were at the Greenbrier.
