This has been (luckily) our 5th or 6th visit to Prime 44 West at the Greenbrier. The service continues to be top notch. My dirty martini was delicious and I loved that they brought the brine on the side so I could customize the drink. I enjoyed the prime rib special - although the jus/sauce that accompanied it was sweet and sticky with an aftertaste. A more traditional horseradish cream would have been welcome.

We had the best night at Prime 44! Our server, Melissa, was so sweet and kind throughout our meal. They accommodated my gluten allergy perfectly (even with delicious GF bread). They also served NA wine which we had never had before but thoroughly enjoyed as we no longer drink alcohol. Everything was perfect! Thanks for a great birthday dinner!
Perfect spot to celebrate an anniversary. Food was delicious. I’d make reservations early if you’re going to eat there on a Friday or Saturday.
