I don't know why everyone one here complains about the price of everything. I mean, you are at the Greenbrier, and everything has a little extra on it. With that being said...The food was absolutely amazing. My wife had the Filet Mignon, and it was melt in your mouth good. She had me try a piece of hers, and I knew immediately that I had picked the wrong plate of food. Lol. My Lamb was very good and was melt in your mouth as well... it wasn't close to the Filet, though.The dessert...read full review
Our entrees at Sam Snead’s while staying at the Greenbrier were fabulous. The staff is also over the top great! We had both a dinner and a lunch there. The lunch hotdog is 1 pound. Order one for two people. :)

Sam Snead's and Prime 44 West were our two favorite restaurants to dine at during our stay at the Greenbrier. Sam Snead's has more of a laid back pub type atmosphere with beautiful views of the golf course where Prime 44's is a little more formal. Our overall dining experience at Sam Snead's was excellent during our only visit. We had so much fun doing 4pm tea time in the lobby and then off to dinner!
