Not sure anyone works here. Multiple drive through orders came in complaining their orders were wrong. I ordered through the app and 30 minutes ago and I'm going to abandon the order and find a better town to stop at.

OS Traveler

Prepare to wait whether you are inside or in the drive-thru. They take forever, and the order is usually incorrect. Most of the time, they are short staffed, so the people who are there are running around like mad.

It was alright. I was semi-hesitant after reading a couple of reviews but over all it wasn't too bad. Slightly above average McDonald's. Food was warm, service was quick, staff was respectful so I was content with my meal.

We’ve given this one many chances hoping it was just that persons bad day but everytime our entire order is messed up or missing something. When you go back to the counter they act like they don’t make any mistakes and it’s our problem but will gladly recharge you for sauces, drinks and napkins.

I feel as if the newer employees are not trained for customer service. You could stand at the register for 5 to 10 mins and never get a "We will be right with you" or "Welcome to McDonald's". There is no acknowledgement of your existence until they absolutely have to come up to the front counter.

Unfortunately, it was the worst service experience I have ever had from a McDonald's worldwide. I fully understand the labor challenges, but when you run a busy McDonald's on 2 staff members, maybe you should consider closing the location.

One person working the kitchen is dirty street cloths and another working the the counter and expediting.

Come on, McDonald's, figure out how to bring in staff, train them, support them, or get the franchisees back on the restaurants working for a living.

Parking: There are always parking spots and it’s easy to get out because the drive through lane is a separate lane in the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: It has light up tables that the kids love to mess around with.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to go into the main doors of the building and a catty corner doors to allow for a wheel chair

Woefully understaffed, but the people who did show up did a fantastic job. Food was good and fresh, bathrooms and dining area could have used a little attention, but given the circumstances, good meal.
