“My son and I are visiting from Knoxville. Just got off the mountain after a day of skiing. Both not feeling the best, craving some healthy broth. I did not expect such a place in White Sulfer Springs, WV. Small, quaint, mom and pops spot with a surprising selection of Southeast Asian groceries(dry goods), not a grocery store. The owner, a very kind, welcoming and funny Filipino woman and her beautiful daughter. We immediately felt at home. I assumed our Pho was going to be good but I did not expect the broth to be one of the best I’ve had. Certainly better than anything we’ve tried in Knoxville. I mean that. When we moved to Knoxville from Seattle, finding restaurants was a priority. It’s not easy finding recipes like this any more. All restaurants these days is about serving many, and over priced claiming something special. I don’t know if the folks in this area that like Asian food, understand what they have with Pho King. Not unhealthy Chinese restaurants that really don’t give a damn. I’m talking real flavorful, healthy, hearty home cooking that leaves you feeling better, not worse! The only recommendation I might have is the name choice 😂, Pho-King might not sound so good depending on how one says Pho 🤣😁 Highly recommend!!“

“was there around 4pm Friday 2/9. The food was fresh hot and very tasty. It's the best I have had in a very long time. The waitress was really on top of things too.“

“Our recent dinner here, while in town for an event, was nothing short of amazing. The food was so good that everyone was offering up their plates for everyone else to try because you just had to have some. The porkchop in particular is truly phenomenal. Our waitress was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. This restaurant is absolutely worth the drive, and I look forward to returning.“
