The restaurant offers excellent food in a formal atmosphere. While some dishes can be a bit salty, the creativity, layers of flavor, and presentation are outstanding. My fried chicken was good and so were my collards. But the potatoes tasted like potato pearls aka cheap lol. My cocktails were good though. We were waited on by management as she claimed she had one server.
Excellent! The miso glazed Salmon was absolutely delicious. The service is great and of course the dining hall is breath taking like the rest of the hotel. Must dress in formal dining attire- men must wear dinner jackets and ladies elegant evening wear.
