We had pasta with tiger shrimp and crab. Quite good. We also had the lamb loin. Cooked perfectly. Deserts had were chocolate mousse and bread pudding. Sauce on bread pudding was Way too thin. Mousse was very good. Rolls tasted store bought. Didn't even eat them.

Parking: No

The Varsity Club has the elements to be a very good restaurant. This was probably our fifth visit. The location is in the charming town of White Sulphur Springs, near the famous resort. The atmosphere is edgy and modern. There was live bluegrass in the lobby. When it opened a couple years ago, the lighting was harsh, but it's now toned down... except for where we sat.
