We were visiting from Ohio and we like to try local places. This place is small with a big attitude. The food was delicious and the prices were not bad. The service was exceptional.
Stopped in here for lunch while riding the Buffalo Mountain Trail. We weren't expecting much more than a standard hot meal at the small diner, but wow, were we ever surprised. We were greeted first by Barb, who had the sweetest smile and demeanor. Their daily special featured a sweet potato as a side. My buddy ordered the Philly and I got the Iron Horse Burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was good, the onion rings were perfect done, and my buddy raved about...
Very peaceful little diner. Great food. Husband had burger fries and pop. I had pinto beans, cornbread with fried potato and coffee. We split a piece of the most delicious pecan pie we have ever had and it was only $25. Excellent prices for the food and the atmosphere. We will go again
