Dishappointed. I once held DaVinci's Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo as the gold standard by which all others were judged. Alas, they have changed the recipe. The gold standard is no more. In search I go, of the new gold standard.

We just wanted to spend a nice evening together since it was Valentines Day. We got there the host didn’t want to do her job was rude to us. Then double sat a waitress took 45 mins to get our meals. Server never told us why our food was taking so long. My boyfriend went and asked someone at the host stand and they was rude and not helping. When we finally got our meals I didn’t eat because it was cold and noodles was sticking to the plate. We just wanted a nice evening to end the day with. Will not be coming back

My fiancé took me here for a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day which it was both of our first times here so he was taking a chance. Unfortunately our first impression was already tarnished because the hostess that greeted us (except didn’t even greet us or anything) was rude honestly. Which was unfortunate because it was supposed to be a nice dinner. I get the restaurant was very busy and we are very understanding of that. However, the employees don’t need to take their frustration out on the couples going there to have a nice evening together and at the end of the day, contributing to giving them a paycheck. I was immediately put off by the hostess and her attitude towards us. It felt like she didn’t want us there and was annoyed we even walked up to put our name on the list. As we were waiting for our table, she was like this to other customers as well. Then they changed out hostesses and the next one was very nice. But that was my first impression of the restaurant so it tarnished my experience and any future plans I had to go back. However, our waitress was nice and the crème brûlée for dessert was really good! Just wish we felt welcomed rather than a nuisance at first.

Worst experience ever, I ordered pizza at 4:07pm told them I would pick it up at 6:10. It wasn't ready at 7:07pm I left with no pizza and part of my money back because they take your money right at first and I told the hostess just to keep the change for her tip. The hostess went back to check on pizza 5 times.

I have Celiac disease and in the past I’ve been very limited on places to eat out. I decided to check and see if you all had any gluten free options and I also read reviews from past customers comment and so today my husband decided to try. The food , service , and atmosphere were top notch. We are planning future visits and we highly recommend

I have just recently moved to the area and was told by multiple people that I haaad to try Davincis. Upon arriving, it looks so nice, I love the multiple dining areas and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food, however, was a huge disappointment. The little plastic cups for the salad dressing was an immediate giveaway. Then came the main entrees and garlic bread. The pasta dish I got was so bland. The veggies weren’t seasoned, the chicken wasn’t seasoned, the sauce wasn’t seasoned, the pasta wasn’t seasoned. My husband got the steak with a side of.. breakfast potatoes?? The bread was straight Texas toast from Walmart.
It’s irritating when a place presents itself as “fine dining” but is so absolutely cheap with their products.

I have enjoyed dining at 'da Vinci's' since the early 1980s. The Mona Lisa spaghetti with garlic cheese bread is basically the only thing I order. Perfection! Start with an Antipasto Salad. If you can get it in, get any dessert. I thoroughly love everything about this place!

If you’re anywhere near Williamstown or Marietta, you have to stop at DaVinci’s Restaurant. It has been a local staple since 1980 for a reason! We just went for a family dinner and it was top-notch as always.

German Pizza sounds crazy for an Italian spot, but their German Pizza (corned beef, sauerkraut, and horseradish) is legendary around here. Don't knock it until you try it!

We always look forward to visiting DaVinci's and enjoying their exquisite selection of meals and desserts along with daily specials. It's a treat that my wife and I take advantage of when time permits. We have also started celebrating 🍾 our wedding anniversary at DaVinci's because of their wonderful selections of meals and the atmosphere that is provided by the entire staff!

Love this restaurant but they only take reservations for parties of 8+. This makes it nearly impossible to dine in as a smaller group. You either have to wait a very long time or they are full and you can’t get a table. Would love to see reservations for any party size. Unfortunately we had to get a reservation at a different restaurant

My friend and I took a road trip to meet up with our friends from West Virginia. My friends found this wonderful Italian gem. We were seated quickly and told our waitress to put us where we wouldn't bother anyone. We were catching up on memories and laughing and we can get loud sometimes. Our waitress Sharon C. was fast and efficient. I ordered sweet tea and ravioli mix of cheese ravioli and meat ravioli with garlic bread. Our friends ordered salads that were huge. The restaurant is lovely and the bathroom was clean. My ravioli was delicious and the sauce was perfect. I am Italian so I am more critical of these restaurants. My bill was 20.00 and we left a generous tip because we were there for a while. If your ever in this part of the state do yourself a favor and check them out. They have been here for years and that only happens when people appreciate your food. 215 Highland Ave, Williamstown WV.

Came in to your restaurant, 20 min wait. No problem, we were seated. The people beside us finished , and the people behind us finished. New customers came in and were seated. They both were served, we were still waiting. They left and we finally got our food. Over an hour sitting in booth to get food. Wake up. There are other restraunts in town

I am 8 months pregnant high risk I get daVinci’s all the time, last night I had a terrible experience while placing two separate orders for pick up. I had A doctors appointment in Columbus and had been on the road all day long with my husband and two year old. I wasn’t looking forward to cooking dinner so I told my husband when we finally got back to town, let’s get da Vinci‘s (worst idea ever) I placed two separate orders. The second order I asked for was spaghetti with sauce on the side, they gave me penne pasta covered in cheese and sauce on the side, I tried to tell the girl at the front “kaplin” and she proceeded to argue with me about how the spaghetti was in the first order. The first order was correct it was a totally different order that had nothing to do with the second order that was wrong… I then asked for a manager and she fixed it and understood the first time, I appreciate that. Then fast forward I get home with my 46$ order and the fried ravioli (meat) was completely raw inside pink and not cooked completely, maybe even not at all. I personally, do not eat meat my husband does he quickly ate one and the moment he bite into the second one I looked at it and knew something was wrong I was alarmed at how raw the meat looked. I then called and talk to the manager, and she assured me they were cooked and I told her how I get these all the time and they have NEVER looked like they did lastnight. (Raw in the middle) my husband ate one and a half before I stopped him and showed him the middle.
My husband then proceeded to get sick all night long (diarrhea and throwing up) I then called back around noon today to talk to a manager and explain I want a refund for the ravioli… she then told me not to order them again and offered me a credit (along with telling me a male employee ate them last night and that he is just fine at work today) what that had to do with my order is beyond me….. I said I do not want a credit as you just told me not to order them again, she said well don’t you eat the cheese? I will NEVER be eating there again. I want a refund via the same way I paid!!!! Spent 46$ for my husband to be so ill he had to take the day off work and if he doesn’t feel better soon going to go get seen and checked for food poisoning. I myself have been a manager and have worked in the food industry customer service for 10 plus years I understand accidents happen but the whole situation should’ve been handled a lot differently…. Uncooked food is nothing to play with and she tried to claim they were done and dismiss my experience… I assure you the order I received was NOT and as I said i’m a high risk pregnancy and very thankful I don’t eat meat and I didn’t personally eat them… Feeling very upset for my poor husband who is the soul provider (at this time, due to my high risk pregnancy and me being on leave) who had to take the day off work due to being sick. All I wanted was to not cook dinner after being in a car for 5 hours yesterday….. Extremely unhappy with my experience talking with two different managers and there communication with me as if it was no big deal at all… I’m even more unhappy with the food, with “managements” lack of compassion and seriousness of receiving raw undercooked meat from a establishment. This is not the first time I have got a order that was not as I ordered but that’s why I just double check it there to make sure it’s correct (I can get over that) but the first time I got anything not completely cooked, and to just be disregarded in the way I was is not ok nor acceptable… As I said before I will never be going back I will be coming to get my refund and nothing more. I will also be telling everyone I know about my experience. Thank you for taking the time to read, never did I ever think this would be my experience I had……
