It is the only pizza place in the town of Winfield so we don't bite the hand that feeds us but we can complain about the grip.The bleak and dismal environment at the Winfield Giovannis could be compared to the Valleys DMV. The workers are rude, you wait forever, and you leave wondering how you can get through life never having to step foot inside and face the ill-mannered employees of that establishment ever again. I have never met a kind person at this pizza place. Could acting like you have a stick up your butt and being mad at the world be a side effect of the rivers toxic waters thus polluting the air these employees breathe all day? You'll have to ask the Putnam county court house employees. Alas, I digress. Customer service needs serious improvement but I highly doubt anyone from this store cares. We can only pray Liberty Square brings more booming business to this small town so we can have more options to eat at a pizza establishment where you don't feel like a worker wants to shank you for simply stepping through the door.Two stars because the mushrooms did taste fresh.

Pizza was ok. It was hot when I picked it up. I think the quality of the toppings may have slipped somewhat over the last few years.The employees used to be friendly and outgoing, but that appears to have suffered as well. The lady ringing me up could not stop a conversation she was having with someone else long enough to concentrate on me for 15-20 seconds. They were not busy.

Tried to order but was told no that I had to order $20 pre tax in order for them to deliver. Making people order $20 in food before they will deliver is ridiculous! I’m single and no way in hell can eat $20 in food. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Funny thing is I have ordered from here several times in the past few months and was NEVER told that. Always got my food just fine.
