Stood in line inside for 10 min to place an order..just ordered 2 cups of coffee and paid for them...after waiting 15 minutes I asked for a refund. The person at register didn't know how so he called the manager over and guess what the coffe showed up...when questioned why it took so long she said we make coffee as it's ordered....funny it takes 15 minutes and then it has coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup and was luke warm....I will go to Speedway for my coffee in the future

More times then not, I don’t get a straw in the drive through… not sure why this is a thing. But it keeps happening…
What they did to the inside was HORRIBLE. Drinks are no long self serve and NO ONE stands at the register. If you want a refill it takes no less than 10 minutes to get and you have to awkwardly flag someone down to ask for a refill. It’s the worst customer service in the world.

People just stand behind the counter and stare at you while you are waiting for service. The drive through is bad and always has you park. Good luck if your food is wrong or if you need a refill. Also charging for sauces is crazy.
