I was working a fundraiser and they had me working with the French fry stuff I walked into the kitchen and asked where their sink was so I could wash my hands because I was about to work with food. They told me that I did not need to wash my hands and that none of them ever did. They dropped cups and used them again and still gave the cups to the customers. When I was working the guy who was helping me told me we had to separate the old fries from the new ones. After he said that he dumped the new ones into the old ones. Then the manager came in and was helping pack meals and when she went to get the fries from my station he grabbed them from the top of the box with no gloves and not washed hands and touched all of the top fries and put them into bags. They also said that the only time they actually clean is when they know an inspector is coming. With all of these reasons I will NOT be eating here again.
One of the nicest McDonald's locations I've ever been in! And the food (both breakfast and lunch) were extremely fresh. I was very impressed. The staff was also very nice. Overall a great experience!

Restaurant was clean staff was polite food was hot and quick. The quality of McDonald's food is going down so much in the past 30 plus years since I last worked there. Everybody knows it and no one really addresses that the chicken nuggets are smaller The new chicken m crispy strips or noticeably smaller than the previous chicken tenders that they offered years ago. I honestly feel for the fast food industry they are literally trying to manage their costs and at the same time having to cut the quality of the food and labor to the bone. Covid seem to hit them harder than other name brand businesses but maybe not. We've seen the last of a lot of businesses because we're literally buying preparing and selling the cheapest quality that we can afford to make a profit with.

Stood at counter for 10 minutes before someone waited on us. The person who was mopped behind the counter when we arrived came to wait on us after 2 verbal requests to be served. This location needs some attention. Franchisee needs to wake up his staff.

Every time I order what I want I never get what I order and I never get any silverware with any of my food. Terrible customer service never gets my order correct this has been going a on going problem for the last 10 years. Sad to see nice places get ruined by employees that doesn’t care about the customer.

Stood in line inside for 10 min to place an order..just ordered 2 cups of coffee and paid for them...after waiting 15 minutes I asked for a refund. The person at register didn't know how so he called the manager over and guess what the coffe showed up...when questioned why it took so long she said we make coffee as it's ordered....funny it takes 15 minutes and then it has coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup and was luke warm....I will go to Speedway for my coffee in the future
