Both times that I’ve been to this subway it has been less than poor service and sloppy sandwiches. I went today, which is a Saturday and asked for the meal of the day which I had to explain what an Italian BMT was to the worker and then had to proceed to tell them that it was a meal so I had to argue to get my drink and my side. The worker didn’t believe me so he had to check with his coworkers and was told that I was right so then he shuts the store again in my face before I can even tell him what drink I want and what side lol

I usually prefer this location over others in my area. The workers are always super nice & friendly, they do well with making subs as well. The store is always super clean inside

I love the Winfield subway so much and usually everyone is so nice. Today there was a blonde lady checking me out in the drive thru and she was downright RUDE. She was just texting on her phone pretty much the whole time and when I asked for a straw she said she gave me one. I told her I couldn’t find it in the bag and she said “HERE” shook her head, gave me a straw, and then slammed the window. I’ve worked in food since I was 16 and still do. Horrible customer service from this lady.

Past few mobile orders we’ve gotten have been dismal. The subs were made on time, but with dismal toppings and what tasted like stale bread. I can’t speak for ordering inside as we’ve only done mobile; however, requests were not followed and food was below average.

Super clean and bright! Mitchell greeted us immediately and took our order. Was very hospitable & kind! I wanted a sub as a salad and he helped me right out! It was no problem! He really knows customer service! We enjoyed our lunch so much! He will be the reason we come back to this location! We boat and Subway holds very well out on the water! Thank you for being open!
Never again! The last time I went was May 2023 due to inflation and now it's worse! And they prompted me for a 18% minimum tip on the machine! Pure greed. Nothing much else to say other than I'll never do business with Subway ever again! If you have the money, do what you want! As for me, I choose NO to this level of greed.

Everything was good but the churros. I bought a foot long churro and by the time I ate my sandwhich the churro was HARD. The lady behind the counter behind the counter explained what happened and replaced it for free which was nice YET it was hard also. ?
