Everything was good but the churros. I bought a foot long churro and by the time I ate my sandwhich the churro was HARD. The lady behind the counter behind the counter explained what happened and replaced it for free which was nice YET it was hard also. ?

If you can avoid this location it’s pretty gross and unsanitary they do not use gloves here which is big health code violation im pretty sure. Also the service here is absolutely terrible good luck getting your order if they even remember to make it….

Don’t come here unless you want to be treated badly. On the website and on the sign on their door it says they close at 8pm now. I came in at 7pm and this ginger haired man stopped me and asked if i had a pick up order. When i replied no, he proceeded to tell me that they are closing now and that i should probably leave. Those were his exact words. Tip: Don’t have a sign up that says you close at 8, but then be rude to someone for coming in an hour before you are closing. It was uncalled for. I apologized and went to get wendy’s lol.

I'm so glad our subway in Winfield is open and staffed. However, there was a family of 3 ahead of me as well as two men. The lady was working fast and taking care of a family of 3 with a big order. The older gentleman who was waiting in the other family if 3 was very nice but talked to the family the girl was waiting on and the 3 he was waiting on, carrying on long conversations about his family and the customers family while letting their sandwiches just sit there. It took me exactly 28 minutes for him to wait on the 5 people in front of me. I was really wanting a sub or I would not have waited that long.
