Forgot our sauces in drive thru. The tacos were good.
I love tbell and was so excited we got one in Winfield. Every time I’ve gone, something has been missing from my meal. I have to check it from now on. I ordered nachos and cheese yesterday, didn’t get the nachos. Ordered a hard shell taco with no lettuce, there was like one tiny spoonful of meat and a sprinkle of cheese, that’s it. Wish I could post a pic of that taco because it was a joke.

Extremely weak and lazy staff with worthless management. They cuss, joke, and do everything but their jobs. I've seen, first hand, them hand out carry out orders to drive thru multiple times. The manager never try to fix anything and only make excuses for their ineptitude.

Horrible service they have the doors locked at 9:38 AM and they open at 9AM. The guy comes out and says they're not even open yet and locks the door back.. ridiculous
The food I ordered was not the same it had different sauce on it was definitely not good and every time I get food from there they don’t put sauce on my quesadilla every time and that’s what was different tonight it wasn’t quesadilla sauce at all don’t know what kind it was but not good

I eat Taco Bell at-least twice a week. I’ve stopped at this new location 3 times now and they haven’t disappointed. I highly modify my items and my order has been correct with good quantities every time. No skimping on the protein. There was a bit of a wait for one order, but that’s expected from a new store.

Came through the other night and they were out of beef. Manager wanted to give me another item instead. When I agreed and asked if it was the same price as what I had already paid for, she kept telling the guy at the window just to shut the window and was ignoring me at first. I was by no means trying to be one of those people but I felt it was rude, I just wanted to make sure I was getting a different food item for the amount that I paid for, not less.

New location, even newer staff. They have 1 person in the back who knows what to do and tells the others, but without his direction the others stood around and did nothing. 20+minutes from kiosk order to tray is not going to get much support from people on their 30min lunch break. Send the new hires with zero experience to spend a day at an established store with experienced staff. Not all the newbies at one place. I understand they don't know what to do, but it's not okay to just stand around or wait to be told to do something. That's why I didn't share my thoughts with the staff at the time, but if I'd been on my way to do anything, I'd have certainly been late. 20min at the counter is a lot. I wouldn't even consider trying the drive thru now.
