We had the pleasure of staying at the Flying Saddle for 2 nights last week. Our cabin was the perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing. It was cozy, yet spacious; best of all, it was spotless! The chairs out front on the porch provided a great spot to unwind while still enjoying the beauty of the location. We had dinner in the steakhouse one evening. My husband and I both had burgers and fries. The large burger was juicy and seasoned well, and the fries had just the right amount of salt and crispiness. We visited 10 states on our vacation, and both of us agree that the Flying Saddle was our favorite spot we stayed. We are looking forward to visiting again in a couple years!
