I am not sure what to say... this is the worst McDonald's on the planet..and they are everywhere. I rarely eat fast food or McDonald's.. you are what you eat.. I do though buy it for others go there for coffee.. never go here. In Buffalo well the employees are just rude. I have never been anywhere where people are this miserable. Im shocked. Seriously Annie Douggie the lady who works drive thru handing out food ..awful.. and really missing 2 items cold coffee.. ordered on app at 8..handed food at 852 like im bothering them.. never again will I go there. You are representing the happiest place on earth..Disney..act like you are happy !

There were flies everywhere. The food took forever. When we got our food the fries were cold, the burger buns burned and the food was literally inedible. $50 for a family of four and we had to throw the food out. Will never be going back to McDonalds ever again.

Oh my gosh. I cannot believe how SLOW this place is. We ordered our food with barely a line and waited 25 minutes. This is FAST food. The service here is AWFUL.

You would think, based on the number of poor ratings this place would improve. The lobby was empty, maybe 6 cars in line, still took 20 minutes for my order, it also didn’t help that the kid taking my order was incapable of giving change without the register. My total was $17.92, I handed him a $20, he was too quick and it said $2.08, I handed him a dime, the look of shock on his face, you’d have thought I handed him a live snack.

One of the slowest McDonald's ive ever been to. Staff walking around doing nothing. It took 35 minuets in the drive through to get under cooked burgers, cold fries, and had to ask for our drinks. Three different staff members opened the drive through window just to look at the long line. Corporate should look into this location. I will go out of my way to avoid this location, and quite possibly McDonald's all together. Over priced food, and poor customer service.
