Ordered the classic cheeseburger pack at 1335. Everything in it was dead and should have been thrown in the bucket. The fries were ok if you liked barely warm soggy fries. The chicken nuggets were plain ass cold. And the only reason the cheeseburgers were hot was they were thrown in the microwave to reheat. They have a sign up at the first window that says because of shortage of staff they are slow. We saw thinking the manager who needs to quit with his piss poor attitude taking payment at the first window and then going to the second window and giving the food out. This McDonald's definitely cured us of ever eating at another. Quality has gone down hill, customer service is non existent and food just doesn't match the prices.

I go thru Buffalo one a week and I have never been thru the drive thru where I haven't has to wait at least 15 minutes or longer

We sat in one of only two lanes and were asked to "please wait." We did wait patiently, and then the individual taking orders decided to run four cars through the one line and kept us waiting in the other lane. We actually ended up having to pull into the parking lot and walk in to make the order.

This was a bit upsetting, but inside, we had a better experience. The floor was extremely slippery, though. Then, once we got our order, the fries were not present. It was either a lack of training or a lack of customer service experience. The amount of time we spent waiting we were expecting the order to at least have been completed. Sadly, this restaurant has been one of the least gratifying experiences in quite a while.

Look I ain’t one to complain but if I’m sitting at the window for 45 mins! And you can chat and look at me and then just ignore me is absolutely not ok, we paid for our food with no problems along with ordering but when we got up to the window to get our food they simply ignore us. There was no bus no big crowd it was just us at 8pm

Me and my kids burgers were completely raw! I'm not against pink in a burger, but at McDonald's absolutely NOT! MY OLDESTS SONS BURGER WAS STILL COLD. and it took forever to get our food, so I don't understand how they could be so grossly undercooked. Absolutely not ok!

For being short staffed, the manager on one other person (cook?) they doing the bet they could. I wanted to help clean (not bathrooms) and replenish stuff. Lol.

Worst place to eat, went through the drive thru literally sat here for 43 minutes. Got my food and fries and cold, sandwiches cold, and poorly put together. Picture below of sandwich. When I called the manager argued and said they don’t serve cold food…. I wouldn’t be calling if my food was warm… manager literally said I don’t know what to tell you and then hung up… this place has super poor customer service people don’t say thank you or will hand you a cup with soda all over it…. I get being short staffed but…. Just make the food warm

This place is the worst. All of the employees are rude. The floors are dirty and bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in weeks smells like piss.

Horrible. Ordered on mobile ten minutes before and waited for twenty minutes. Staff didn’t take in person orders and made people use the kiosk. The guy had no idea what he was doing, forgetting orders, and drinks. Very poor customer service and horrible attitude.

Bad experience. Plain cheeseburger was wrongly made with onions on it. Trash was overflowing. Men’s room was out of paper towels. Women’s room stall had roll of TP sitting on dirty floor. Workers were fighting amongst themselves because the drive thru line was backing up.
