Pie Zanos offers a great menu with gluten-free options, including crusts for pizzas and zoodles for pasta. The Cheez Nuts pizza was a standout, with delicious flavors that impressed a non-pizza fan. The wood-fired pizza, meatballs, and homemade pasta are amazing, and the chicken is cooked to perfection. The bruschetta and sourdough bread appetizer are absolutely delicious, along with the meat lasagna and Highland beef meatball sandwich. The salad is one of the best, and the full bar has a great cocktail menu. Despite running out of gluten-free dough, the staff went above and beyond by providing complimentary zoodle pasta and a gluten-free dessert. A friend-recommended spot with a simple but cool atmosphere, excellent service, and a friendly vibe. Buffalo, WY, must be the friendliest town in Wyoming!
