It appeared that both of your employees, although he only saw one of them the second one came out briefly ever made eye contact, and disappeared again, we’re both on something. They didn’t look stoned, but the gal that attempted to make her sandwiches couldn’t find any beef so she said they were out couldn’t find any cold cuts so she said they were out. I suggested just throw some ham on there. It looks cold. It’s been cut should work fine. In the time it takes you to eat a whole sandwich She was managing to make one sandwich. It took over a half an hour for her to make for sandwiches, two of our guys actually left and went to another place to grab something to eat because they weren’t gonna wait any longer for her. I felt so bad for the family that walked in behind us, almost instantly they realized the mistake that they had made. So I’m not sure what the daytime staff is like, but the evening staff needs some kind of intervention. They should not be in charge of a counter anywhere. So unless you’ve got all day or all night to spend waiting for a sandwich. I wouldn’t bother with this place. Again I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I do it so that they can change the way they do things and to prevent people from having a bad experience there on the bright side we can’t stop talking about it.

Ordered online, showed up and order wasn't even started. Ordered a wrap and got a flat bread. Was told that flatbread and wraps are the same thing. Was out of ingredients. Poor service. Will not return to this subway.

Hey so maybe you shouldn’t let teenage girls be there by them selves and run the restaurant? My food wasn’t even toasted all the way so it was just a handful of cheese on bread and when my ranch spilt in the bag I told her and she kinda just smiled and stared at me until I asked if I could get a new one. You can do a lot better and I know it💀

Bread was over cooked like no other. Ordered online and was told it was ready. Walk in and they hadn’t even started making any of it. Even put the wrong ingredients in the “signature” sandwiches that I made no changes to. ?

It took 15 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. 2 were to be toasted (they weren't) and one was just a one meat, one cheese, umtoasted sandwiches. The two sandwiches with Italian herb and cheese bread were hard. Closing in on crouton status. To say my mouth feels raw after only eating half, is an understatement. The two kids working were going snail pace. The last sandwich they made took them a solid 5 minute to get start as the girl was doing bread work right in front of me without assisting and the boy was taking his sweet time in the back room or starting the third. They gave the atmosphere of lazy, "I don't want to be here or have to serve and can you just leave" attitude.
