You have to be careful when you go thru the drive thru. I ordered 2 Classic Arby's roast beef, and I got 2 roast beef melts 🤮 I don't like their processed cheese, and I did my best to scrap it off.

Stop there last Thursday nite. I walked into the store to find 2 guys sucking face and I had his hands in the others pants.The older lady waiting on me told me to hurry up and order cause she was going to the back to sit down. I ordered and in less than sixty seconds I had my food ( pre cooked) . It was nasty ass cold and the fries were the same. We will never go back there

We had ordered on line and there was a issue with the location. I went in to the other location and waited for 20 minutes and was treated rudely as the employees spent time talking. We contacted the other location and they were super friendly. Maureen was very helpful and took care of us . She was the epitome of good customer service.

The food is always been awesome and the service has been very good except for the app which has lots of problems. It worked fine the first time I downloaded it and used it for a couple visits and after that it has failed to work efficiently add recently it does not work at all.

Between the amazingly rude woman on the intercom, the long wait at the window, and the awful quality of the food prep, I'd not come back for my dog to eat here. Super fun to wait 15 minutes when you're the only car in sight. I get that working fast food sucks, but if you aren't willing to make a sandwich with two ingredients correctly maybe look for another career track. At least we got 23 packets of horseradish for no apparent reason!
