“The cake the bakery made was beautiful. Please just confirm your order with them. I stated that I wanted a double layer cake and 24 cupcakes and I only got the cake, when the manager got on the phone she said there was a miscommunication. It was a frustrating interaction but we improvised and again the cake was beautiful and tasty.“
“Employees are always friendly and the ice cream is good but twice now I’ve seen an employee wipe their nose on their hand or lick their hand and go right back to work without washing their hands. One was a younger guy (nose) and the other a girl with dark hair and glasses (licked her hand)“
“I haven't been to Frosted Tops in a while but I went in today and purchased some of the cupcakes since I was walking by the smell of fresh baked cupcakes drew me in. The Coworker behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and made great suggestions regarding the cupcakes, I can't remember what kind I bought but I decided to give in and purchased 6 different cupcakes that were delicious. ? I don't know the name of this employee but may the owners please let her know how wonderful she is and that she is a great member of the team. The owners and rest of staff are wonderful also. to the Owners for the staff member to highly praise her for today all I can remember is she has dark hair and wears glasses. Please Give her lots of Praise.“
