This dairy queen where ever location their employees are just so rude! I don't know if it is the people or their poor management training. The drive thru Is rude and uneducated. But this one in Casper She should not belong to the customer service. I ordered today in the drive tru and her name is KRISTINA. My husband was in a hurry and I am not ready for my order and instead I just ordered an ice cream and I go like I just want a chocolate ice cream with nuts and this RUDE drive thru named KRISTINA had said I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU JUST ORDERED!!!! My goodness RUDE KRISTINA you are in the customer service you need some patience to have offered what you have or at least ask politely. You do not belong to the customer service you are so RUDE!!!! You lose my appetite so I threw away the ice cream that I ordered from you. I am not done yet I will call the main office for my formal complaint tomorrow. You need to be retrained! You don't need to be in the customer service!!!!!

The told me to pull forward so they can have good drive times and handed my food to the wrong person while yelling at me to wait my turn and when I went inside to get my food I was handed wrong orders repeatedly to try and get me out of the store the only person the felt bad was the big guy who was trying to hurry everyone else love the food not the workers besides the one guy.

The workers were nice so it’s not necessarily anything with them. It’s just frustrating that it’s $30+ for 2 chicken strip meals and they don’t come correctly. We asked for the sauced and tossed ones, and when we opened them up they were damn near dry. I tried to call about seeing about getting put down for replacement or something, but the best they could do was send some coupons in the mail because “we had already started consumption.” Well yes, I just got done running errands and have already made it all the way across town. Why would I waste gas to drive all the way back over there- especially when we’re obviously hungry lol. The GM was nice about it, I just think they need to come up with a better system for items that are messed up.

Have atmosphere a 5 because the staff is VERY friendly and polite. They do not stand around and ignore you or act like its a chore to take your order, like Buffalo Wild Wings. Food is ready on time for pick up.
