Recent Reviews

The food is always made to order so it takes about 15-20 minutes to get your food. The waitresses there are very helpful and continue conversation while you wait for your food. The atmosphere is very traditional Mexican...it kind of reminds me of my grandma's house that's part of the reason I love going there!

A hole-in-the-wall place we were hoping for a great Mexican. The waitstaff was great and was very helpful. The food was OK. We usually judge a Mexican restaurant on the chips and salsa and the margaritas. The margaritas were not great - overly sweet, not a lot of lime flavor, nor tequila, and the salsa, not a lot of flavor.

This was actually our second choice which has now become our first choice. We arrived for a late lunch. We were seated and served right away, granted we arrived after the lunch rush. I had the chili relleno plate. I do prefer my chili relleno crispy but this one reminded me of how grandma used to make it. The chili itself was good size with good flavor and they did not skimp on the cheese. The refried beans and the rice were pretty good. My husband had the carnitas. I did not...
