The drive through is a bit slow at times but the food was great. It was easy to tell it was freshly made. The employees were AMAZING. They are fortunate to have such good employees. They were so nice, so helpful, and had absolutely great attitudes. They are sure better than me, as I couldn't handle that job. It's not at all an easy job, and they don't always have the nicest people to deal with yet they have to be nice no matter what, and they truly are great. The KFC of Casper wyoming needs to be BEYOND grateful to and appreciative of their employees above all else.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options like the vegan burger and many of their sides.
Dietary restrictions: They do not have much in the way of gluten free options but they do have low carb options
Parking: The parking can be tight but it just depends on the day and time of day.

Ordered delivery 4 meals one meal was not sent and 2 Had No Chicken in them store manger could of cared less and then had to go through their app to get refund which may or may not happen. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WON'T USE

Placed a fairly large order tonight because I have been sick and wanted to have some leftovers in the fridge. Part of the order missing, told that it's a Door Dash issue. Excuse me, YOUR EMPLOYEES are the ones who package up the food and seal the bag. Door Dash drivers should not be going through everything and opening packages to check that it's all there. Food was half cold, as usual, but heats up well in the air fryer so we overlook that. We are done. When you guys get it right, it's really good, but it's gotten to be too much of a crap shoot to risk it given how expensive it is now. Not worth the risk, and management is not helpful in fixing the problems along with being borderline rude. I guess we need to just learn our lesson that the convenience of having food delivered is a gamble at best and stop spending money on it. Definitely won't be a next time with KFC.

KFC is a complete disappointment. The chicken was dry and overcooked, lacking any flavor. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I waited forever for my order, only to find that they got it wrong. The sides were cold and unappetizing, and the biscuits tasted like cardboard. Overall, I wish I could give this a 0 if I could!!!

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst thing I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. The service was nonexistent, and the atmosphere felt like a horror show. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could be remotely satisfied with this. Every second was painful, every interaction was a struggle, and I left feeling worse than when I came. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s beyond awful. I would rather never experience anything ever again than go through this again.
