This place is laughable I ordered a McNugget happy meal, a spicy mcchicken, a mcdouble, and a cheeseburger meal through Ubereats. I received 2 spicy mcchickens, 2 cheeseburgers and 1 medium fry. I was missing a whole meal and all my drinks,it was all cold and just wrong smh. This is the third time they've missed up my order. This place needs to do better

Pulled into this McDonald’s on a drive from Colorado And we had Stopped to get dinner for me and my family and the guy in the drive-through commented. I don’t know who these people think they are, but I’m not making all this food. This is a little disappointed to see from a customer service person especially the fact that I was there to feed my family. Very informal and unprofessional do not recommend and team needs to have a stern talking to you. That was really rude of them.

They smashed my burger buns and mc chicken buns. To the point where it was just like there's nothing there, except just the patties. As a tourest i highly reccomend to go to the burgerking down the street.

Gary needs a raise!!. The guy is all over the place helping everyone else out with no complaints. I've been here the past 2 days for lunch, and I constantly hear his name. Gary this, Gary that, Gary please! The workforce in general needs more Garies, and a hard working Gary is hard to come by.

I attempted a curbside breakfast order at this location. I placed the order while another party was driving before seeing the location at 5:11 am. When arriving at this location at 5:16 am all of the lights were turned off in the lobby, parking lot, and signs, even though the indicated they were open at 5 am. My order was approved so I waited. They turned the lights on at 5:23 am, and still I had no food. At 5:25 am, I went through the drive thru and inquired about my order. They said they were still making it, but had everything made other than the scrambled eggs for the big breakfast. They indicated that it would take them maybe another 1-2 min. I stated that was fine to wait. Then at 5:30 am there were still no scrambled eggs. I inquired about them again, and they said that they weren't sure and offered regular eggs instead of scrambled. I said that was fine because I had a flight to catch. When they gave me the eggs at 5:32 am they were inedible with eggshells still present. This location just had so many issues with service, food preparation, and with customer service, I would absolutely pass and go to a different location! Absolutely awful!

Found a piece of plastic in my burger, asked for different one and then waited 15 minutes before we finally left. Without getting my food and it wasn't even that busy. Awful customer service 😒

Went and got a 4A combo meal. Hard as an absolute rock amd old to the point it's un edible. Employees had 0 care in the world. Added just a small pic of the chicken.( it's all that would break off)
I ordered food in the drive thru, paid with a 50, they gave me change as if I paid with a 20, had to wait for the manager to make it right. Then I had to wait almost 25 minutes to get what I didn't order. Seems like the guy on the speaker was screwing the whole operation up for the other workers.

I'm rating my experience a 1 because 0 isn't possible. They didn't take our order right and when we got to the window it took forever because they can't take orders or they can't hear! When we got our food the coffees were nothing like we order and our food was old and dried hard. Worst experience I've ever had
