Honestly, this has to be the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. The fries weren’t just cold, they were as if they hadn’t even been fried, some were so soggy, it was as if they’d microwaved them from frozen, and caked them with salt. It’s hard to go wrong with a quarter pounder but it had a burnt flavor while also being completely cold, and the bun was rock hard on the bottom. They didn’t repeat the order back, took my card from me without saying a word, then tried to hand me the wrong drinks. I then had to verify my order, and still had to say three times I was still missing a water.

This IS the WORST McDonald's in Casper, without question. For the 2nd time in two weeks, I sat in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes waiting for my food, with no communication. The food is below standard, is usually cold and orders are always missing something. Management is poor at best, the customer is never right and the employees are rude. I will not go back, Dairy Queen around the corner can have my business.

Asian lady with multi color hair took our order , told her that the screen wasn't showing our order correctly , she told us she got everything and we couldn't see it. Proceed to window and she yells at us when we were missing half our food and tells us we didn't order correctly , after telling her while ordering it wasn't all listed. Her coworkers also seemed very annoyed with her ordering people around when she doesn't know what is going on. Worst fast food experience of my life.

The smell of marijuana was just pouring out of this place. The guy who took my money said he’d throw in a free sandwich and when I got to the window, the lady scolded me because I got a free sandwich and it was just on the dollar menu.

Every time I order from this location something always goes wrong with my order. They either make my food wrong. Or dont cook it all the way. Or straight up give my food to the person infront of me at the drive thru. I've had it with this place! I order a simple 5 dollar double cheeseburger meal. And a medium fry. First they forgot my med fry. Then the small fry i got with my meal was barley cooked. Frys r still white and soggy! My burger had cheese on it when I asked for none. All the burger had was cheese and a half of bottle of ketchup on it. I like to taste ketchup not Eat It! It was so disgusting! So all I had for lunch was a lousy cold 4 piece nugget! Thanks mc Donald's your the worst! Maybe if u get some competent people working there I'll come back! So I'll probably won't be coming back ever again!

Terrible experiences, one after another. My family ordered 1 milkshake, 2 happy meals and 3 five dollar bags. We received our cups and filled up, I personally received a real dead fly from the soda machine, probably from ice. Oh well, I rinsed out and filled up again. When the milk shake was received it was rancid, rotten and returned quickly. After 40 minutes we had not received our order. The whole time we where there, we saw about 20 orders carried out to drive thru, not counting what was handed through window unseen. Very disappointed, it was of course explained that they where short handed and undertrained. . . . . As I was about to finish this review my son showed me his burger was gross. Oh and when we had it to go, they packed it sideways and half unwrapped. Super bummer bro. My wife and I believe that this was the worst mcdonalds experience ever. I took pics of bagged items, take a look.

The female working in the evening (11pm)on the 4th of July with dirty blonde hair pulled back in a low messy bun had horrible customer service. She did not greet us but rather rudely said “yeah we’re closed for the night, you can try the one on the west side. Thank you byeeeee” the tone was unnecessary and caught us by surprise considering I didn’t even get to say anything other than “hello!” Before she abruptly interrupted me. I hope that in the future she will use better communication because saying “I’m sorry but we’re closed for the night” would’ve sufficed. The way you talk to a person does impact them.

There's other mcdonald's in town. I would suggest visiting one of the other ones. If it wasn't for the mcdonald's name brand, I would say, go somewhere else. Every time I ben to this McDonald's, it's one of the slowest and most times inaccurate for getting an order completed.
