I fell on the ice that was on their parking lot RIGHT NEXT to the handicapped sign. Now I'm sore and have some bruises on my arms. When I went inside I told them about the parking lot ice rink they had out there. The guy at the front immediately went and told people in the back. By the time we left they still hadn't salted the area. My husband and a stranger helped me right after I fell, I wish I had got the stranger's name. It wasn't an employee.

I would suggest that corporate look into this location. Customers won't be back when the app takes rewards points and you DO NOT get the item you paid rewards points for removed from the total. On top of them being continuously slow and inaccurate, they appear to be either faking that their system isn't taking four digit codes or simply not giving you the promotion in order to squeeze you for a bit more. I would reccomend Wendy's instead, their rewards always work.

Chicken sandwiches were dry and you could tell they were sitting for a bit. Our fries were very under cooked. If I didn't have kiddos to feed I would have kept traveling to a different place to feed them. Probably will not stop again.

This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been too. If you go through the drive through, you better have 30 minutes at least. I dont understand what takes them so long.

Wife and I ate out elsewhere and I decided to stop here to grab 2 quick burgers for our dogs. McDonalds is quick, dogs have no preference, right? Couldn't have picked a worse time. When we finally reached the food window, I noticed their service tracking monitor indicated it took over 7 minutes for me to reach the cashier. Another 11 minutes to reach the food window! There were 4 cars in front of me too! Whatever happened to McDonalds quick drive-thru? I don't frequent McDonalds regularly. I have been to enough of them though to know this isn't typical. I can only assume management and/or staffing issues that night.

I ordered two double cheese. Both Cold to the touch. I would have take them back, but I don’t think the result would be any different. (I’m staying at the Quality Inn next-door to the restaurant) The manager, at least I’m assuming he’s the manager, he was wearing a tie. He could care less.

Tried to order food, after I got done ordering the first part, this snotty young female (or however old she is but sounds young) didn’t even let me finish ordering, said here’s your total and to pull up. I sat there waiting for a minute, said Hello and that I wasn’t done ordering. She gave a super shitty attitude after that. Drove off at that point. I’ve came to this McDonalds for the last 7 years, it’s gone extremely downhill and this store, specifically as a franchise even, is a joke. There are times I’ve order only a drink and they can’t even that correct most of the time.
