I’m from Kansas City and have been to Japan so I know good ramen very well. I was absolutely shocked on my roadtrip to Yellowstone in middle of Wyoming to see a ramen joint. And I was spectacularly suprised with how good it was.
Had pork buns and tonkatsu ramen. They’re a bit short staffed so service is slower. But so yummy anyways and a highlight of my trip

Food is so good here. I feel like I'm in Asia everytime. They even play Japanese music alot even though they are Chinese mostly. Very nice people and the only noodle shop in town.
How cool that there is a decent ramen place in Casper. They have sushi and other items too. I loved the summer special- brothless ramen with plenty of veggies, spicy ground pork and my husband enjoyed his tonkatsu ramen with some garlic chili sauce on the side.
