About Starbucks

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has received mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of their drinks, with some mentioning that their orders are always made well and that staff are engaging and helpful. For example, a customer praised the staff for fixing their hot chocolate with no attitude, and others enjoyed the delicious drinks like the dragon berry drink and breakfast sandwich, noting the great prices. However, there are some inconveniences reported. One customer experienced a mix-up with their order, being handed a hot drink instead of iced and a different beverage than requested, though it was eventually corrected. There was also a complaint about the policy of not providing insulated grips or stoppers for drive-through customers, leading to spills. Additionally, the store does not have indoor seating, which some find cute but may be inconvenient. Customers should be aware that during dark hours, they need to knock on the window for walk-in service due to tinted windows. Service at the drive-through is generally quick and friendly, but one customer noted that a missing muffin caused a coupon to be invalidated. Overall, the location is praised for its friendly staff and good drinks, despite some minor issues with order accuracy and policies.
