I want to give a huge shout out to Sedona. She was an absolute Rockstar during my visit today. She noticed my drink was not quite made right, and instead of just trying to hurryme through (because there were about 8 cars behind me) she took the time to completely remake it to PERFECTION. She had a huge smile on her face and was very sweet! From now on whenever I think of EXCELLENT customer service, I will always think of Sedona at this location! Thank you Sedona!! ?

I ordered a coffee. Took it back to the hotel. It is WEAK and it is LUKEWARM. Ane of course there is no store phone number to call to complain.My theory, it is once again borne out: Starbucks by major highways brew their coffee weaker. Every time.

With a gift card received for my birthday, we decided to make a special trip to Starbucks to enjoy some quality time together. Despite the absence of a sit-down area, we were still able to have a delightful experience at their walk-up spot. The staff was friendly, and my daughter couldn't stop raving about the amazing smell and taste of her Starbucks treat. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service, considering the long line. Upon arriving at Starbucks, we noticed that the walk-up area was quite busy. However, this didn't deter us from having a memorable experience. The staff members we encountered were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. Despite the limited interaction I had with them, their warm demeanor and helpfulness left a positive impression on me.My daughter's choice for her treat was the kids' hot cocoa and a birthday cake pop. She was beyond thrilled with her selection! According to her, the aroma of the hot cocoa was enticing, and the taste surpassed her expectations. As a parent, seeing her enjoy her Starbucks experience brought me immense joy.Despite the long line, the service at Starbucks was surprisingly fast. I appreciate how efficiently they managed to serve each customer without compromising on the quality of their products. On most days this is a great place with great food, drinks, and service. Always great on the weekends no matter how busy! However, this is the second time the same girl has not only messed up my drink but then was rude when I nicely asked her to double check. It’s a very simple coffee order and I’m a very polite customer. Each time that I’ve had to have her remake it in front of me they’ve ended up being different amounts than the first time. The first time clearly being four shots and the second clearly being the six that I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, we’re all human. But maybe a certain barista should remember that the next time they can’t remember how many shots of espresso they poured. Or just don’t be rude when someone, who used to be a barista themselves, politely tells you the drink she gets everyday of her life obviously isn’t the right amount the second you hand it to them. I will have to start going to a different location as I’m not sure when this person will or will not be there to give me the wrong drink with a side of snobby attitude. Which is very unfortunate since I go there pretty much every day. One bad apple ruined my brunch.
