Ordered through their web page. Order was completely wrong. Came 30 min late and cold. Had to throw it away. Called the store. They can’t refund my money because the general manager isn’t working. Poor guy that answered the phone seemed overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. We order from this store frequently. Tonight was extremely bad! Just inedible.

We did dine in for my mothers birthday. We were the only ones in the building. We ordered at the counter because they don't come to the table. 7 people in our party and they don't have enough glasses for us. They were literally out of everything. They charged more in store than if I were to have ordered it on the app. The bottom of the stuffed crust was so thin the sauce soaked through so it was doughy. They absolutely should not offer dine in if they can't provide any service. A couple did come in, sat down and never got helped so they got up and left. The manager did offer a brownie for my mom's birthday which was very cool.

Arrived at 5:53pm. Jenny came to counter after 5 min waiting. I asked if the lobby was open and she said , we'll I leave in an hour and there is no one to watch lobby after she leaves, so no it is not open! What???? She could not have stayed an extra 30 min to feed the three family's that walked out due to her response?

Just got home with 2what I thought medium pan pizzas and cinnamon sticks and paid $36 and some change for it. Opened the medium boxes to find 2 square pizzas. Called found out they substituted our pizzas with the square deal pizzas that sell 3 for $28. The manager lied and said they were the same. Crust but a more e pensive pizza. They went into the trash. The square crusts are never cooked right and are a thinner crust. Check your food before you pay and go

This is so much better than the over cooked pizza with less toppings that make you bloated and sick at little caesars and I get it within 30 minutes of ordering

This place (2nd Street) has to be about to shut down lol. We couldn't get the app or the website to work, so we called to order. It was a call center that answered and they wouldn't read the order back and just automatically transferred us to a robot to take our card info. We never could verify that the order was right. We called back and got the call center again and they didn't know how to access the order. Not surprisingly, the order arrived incorrectly. Tried to call and once again, the call center didn't know what to do. We went down and tried to get it fixed and hopefully some money back and they only offered to cook the raw pizza again and send us with the stuff they forgot. I'm just confused about customer service these days... Are they hoping to go out of business?
This experience in addition to two pizzas costing 40 dollars to deliver, I think we probably won't be ordering from them again ??‍♀️

Our order was more than 60 minutes late, that's over 90 minutes from when the order was placed. When I tried to call and check the status of my order I spent more than 10 minutes on hold. Eventually an inaudible man from acall service answered, mumbled something and put me back on hold. The app and tracking number never provided an update.
