My husband and I ordered the buffet and arrived around noon. There was hardly any pizza out, no breadsticks or pasta. The salad was brown and wilted. After some time one more pizza was brought out.
During the hour we were there, there were several employees who were in the lobby visiting with a table of folks and eating alongside them while standing next to their table. We also witnessed another employee literally laying down sleeping in one of the booths.
Very unprofessional employees and the buffet was below par. We will not be back.

Picked up food tonight got home half the food is gone and what I did get is barely cooked. Called to see if they would remake it or if I could get a refund and go get some food that is cooked and the person that answered the phone was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL . Let me know there would be no refund even after I offered to returned the NON COOKED PORTION i did receive and hung up on me when I told him that was horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager he informed me he was the manager. I would like management to contact me. As I have reached out to the other stores with my number and information. One piece is missing out of the pizza because we tried to see if it was edible… it was not

Not even worth one star

The buffet is an absolute joke made to scam you pretty much. Pizza selection is a joke. Salad bar looks like it’s been out for hours when we showed about 45mins after opening. Lettuce was brown. No pasta nothing. Who calls this a buffet, absolute joke. Save yourself the disappointment and spend the extra few bucks for pizza ranch.

Tried to order doughnut bites after ordering a pizza. Had to call the store and got told they didn’t have them any more. Went back to the app to double check and they were there so I called back got hung up on 3 times after a super long wait each time. Then finally got through and got told that the app wasn’t updated. When I finally got to the store was that they were super slow and no I didn’t get hung up on.

Absolutely not again. We came in for a quick pizza eat while waiting for funeral stuff to start with our kids, 4 kids an my husband and I. Thinking it wouldn't be terrible price! They guy charged us 72.99 for the buffet. When I asked how much it was for a buffet normally comes with drinks.....10.99 for adults 7.99for kids. Is what I was told by another person. But she also was telling me they changed separate for dinks which was 3.99for each. Totally a rip off! We could have went to old Chicago for that amount an had full meals an great service. I rarely write reviews, and negative ones even less often, but my experience here today was disappointing. Arrived for the lunch buffet at 12:02 according to the timestamp on my receipt, paid prior to being seated. Pizzas on the buffet table were an average of about 2/3 gone. No worries, I thought, they'll have fresh ones before too long, I probably just missed the first wave of customers. Was in the restaurant for just shy of 45 minutes with no new pizzas being brought out, no drink refill, and nobody coming to check on diners or clear tables that already had plates from previous patrons when I arrived. A couple who arrived shortly after I did and left a few minutes before I threw in the towel actually advised a small family from out of town - who entered as the couple was leaving - to go to Pizza Ranch instead.

I did not know if I should of dine in because of past experiences with other locations but I decided to to dine in. I am in a wheelchair and their tables could actually fit my chair without having to move it first. They even held the door for me both coming in and leaving. I been all around the US to different locations but this one by far is the cleanest and most happiest place I been in for a long time. And man was the buffet amazing fresh pizzas constantly and even with a bunch of people there, the girl named Sarah kept up on everything from cleaning off plates and helping when she could. The other ladies Elisha and Innocents were absolutely fabulous providing the best guest services refilling drinks before needing to ask. I been in some pizza hits where we literally had to ask for refills or when fresh food was coming. Also ordered some cheese sticks and oh man they were the prettiest cheesesticks completely covered edge to edge in cheese. I will be back to this location whenever I am in Wyoming. These girls definitely rocked it out today.

Totally empty. Didn't have half of what we wanted. No mozzarella sticks but still charged for them. Some of the staff seemed to have lost the will to live

I order 4 pizzas and 18 wings online for delivery. 3 out of 4 pizzas were completely incorrect. We received 6 wings vs 18. Reached out via chat and phone. Currently at 22 minutes of being on hold. The chat offered me 8 free wings.

I'm really trying to wrap my head around all of my experiences over the last Dozen+ orders. Is Pizza Hut really trying to close stores with crap service? Just had a pick up order, no clue who we were. Finally found it but was not ready 10 minutes past with not a single person in the parking lot nor inside. Also, 2 employees thought it was fine to just walk by the window while noticing a customer was waiting at the window but obviously thought there was no importance in acknowledging nor notifing someone who would do there job in customer service. Thanks

Ordered through their web page. Order was completely wrong. Came 30 min late and cold. Had to throw it away. Called the store. They can’t refund my money because the general manager isn’t working. Poor guy that answered the phone seemed overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. We order from this store frequently. Tonight was extremely bad! Just inedible.
