2nd visit and the brisket is just as good this time around. I had moist brisket and it is juicy and tender, my wife stole the chared end, and it was good. Fries are nice and hot and had some nice seasoning on them. First visit I had some lean brisket and it was nice and tender as well. Service is good, all the front end staff took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed.
Excellent food. Fries done in real beef tallow. Delicious! Tasty variety of barbecue sauces available for sale by bottle. A bit pricey, but offset by 15% discount for seniors and veterans. 12 brands of beer on tap. Other discounts depending on day of week and time of day. Nice facility. Gaming equipment questionable for families with youth, but this will be phased out according to the management z
Everything was great, but I have to give a shout out to the service AND the coleslaw. It's not a typical coleslaw, but it's so good! Like a BBQ version of kimchi! I can't wait for the next time I'm in Casper just to order a gallon of it. All of the meat and mac and cheese was good too, but I'll dream about that coleslaw...
