Normally my favorite starbucks but whoever was working yesterday, after i said iced had asked if my drink was iced i said yes (2 times i told her iced) she tried to give me a hot one. Then after asking for a peppermint mocha she handed me a regular hot chocolate with lots of pumps of vanilla. She fixed the iced drink after telling her i didn't order it hot (said iced 2 times). Things wouldn't have been a problem, if she didn't end up blaming her coworker for everything even though she was the one taking orders. Alex if you're reading this thank you for fixing my hot coco with no problem or attitude about it. You do not deserve to be blamed for somebody else's mistakes.

We ordered through the walk up window and probably 10 cars went through the drive through before they got us our order, and we were waiting for awhile.

Walk-in must knock on window in the dark!! Don’t make the same mistake I did, the tint on their windows is dark so if you do a walk in when it’s dark outside you will need to knock on the window to get their attention. After five minutes (thinking they could see me) I ended up just getting in my car and doing the drive through and got my items expeditiously. Friendly staff.

Just got coffee 10/09 at 9am. I ordered ahead two medium hot drinks on the app. We pulled up and watched three vehicles drive into the parking lot after us and go through the drive through and leave while we still waited. Why did we even order ahead???! We would’ve got through the line faster if we did not order ahead. Then, our drinks came out iced. I checked my app and I did in fact order them hot. We were in a hurry, got our drinks late, and they were wrong. I’m not impressed.

What’s the point of a walk up? If you have to stand there for 10-15 min while 6 cars go through the drive through… ridiculous. And then the coffee isn’t even made right? Get it together. CY Starbucks is way better.

Im not huge on giving out reviews but I have to give this location their flowers. It may be inconvenient in some cases, but I think the fact that they don’t have indoor seating is super cute. They also just made my particular order the best I have EVER had it at any location across the US. Stop in, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
