They can make a good sub most of the time. This last time it was really good. The bread was fresh. I got the pizza sub with meatballs. The veggies were good. The place was clean and I didn't wait too long to place my order and get my sandwich.

Store has messed up several orders in the past and when I ordered today they again messed up sandwiches . When I called, the manager argued instead of just trying to fix the sandwiches. When I asked for corporates number she hung up on me. Honestly the employees at this store are always rude and uncooperative.

Food was fine but kid taking my order was kinda rude making comments like “this is an unorthodox way of ordering” when I just asked if you’re able to make your own. I’ve never been to subway so I wasn’t sure how it worked and the kid seems annoyed and kept saying “ this is the only one right” and seemed relieved when I said yes. The store was completely empty, so I don’t see why my order was such in inconvenience to him. As someone who works in customer service this is no way of treating a customer, making me feel dumb and like I was bothering him.

The bread was tough, my husband said I can't bit it i have to tear it. I had flat bread that was the same way and the ends were like crackers. Hard and crunchy. The soda fountain was running water all over the floor so bad that you were standing in water. I had a star lemon lime drink that I couldn't drink, it tasted so bad so I took a drink of my husband's soda it was supposed to be root beer and it was gross as well. It tasted so bad I didn't even know what it was. The meat on our subs weren't bad, they just didn't have many vegetables. It is the only subway I have been to that skimps on the veggies. I had about 5 spinach leaves we had a few very thinly sliced bell peppers and the same with our onions. And my husband's tomatoes covered his sub, but were very thin sliced as well. I've never ate a a subway that was bad until I ate at this one. Very disappointed

The employee was rushing our whole family and being impatient with my elderly grandmother and wouldn’t let her finish her order. I tried to keep up with him and talk faster but then he forgot something, when I told him that he missed it he tried to gaslight me.
Was promptly served a fresh and nigh on picture-perfect submarine sandwich with just the right amount of everything. Not much more you could ask for. Establishment was highly clean and the server only opened the glass top over the toppings the minute they were needed.

Ordered a footlong club, with American cheese, Only wanted lettuce tomatoes, onions, black olives, mayo and baja Chipotle added to it. What I got was a sandwich with just a big slap of meat that looked like bologna, it had no mayo and no olives, and I'm pretty sure there wasn't any cheese on it either. Was not very impressed that this particular subway isn't very busy, like ever, and can't even read the online order correctly or make a sandwich correctly. Definitely lost my business. I'll go to one of the other subways in town from now on.
