My wife and I enjoy going to "The Wooden Derrick" usually weekly. We know the owner and speak with him regularly and he is a very nice person. Food is always good. Guess that's why they had to get a much larger space, and it still fills up.
The Wooden Derrick Cafe is a restaurant in downtown Casper. The Cafe staff are friendly. The interior is spacious and relaxing. The food and the coffee is delicious.
We had the meatloaf and it was great! We liked the decor and the vibes. There was a family celebrating a birthday and other families in as well. We had the pie for dessert as well which was made from scratch. We spent time talking with one of the owners and really enjoyed the overall experience! I would definitely swing in for breakfast or lunch next time I am in town!
