So sat in drive through for 6 minutes decided to call and Vanessa was very rude saying they had signs saying they don't open til 10 but there was no signs at all anywhere I walked the whole building. Totally lost my business. I normally spend around $50 every Wednesday morning to get crew breakfast but will no longer be using taco johns

The potato olès were horrible, highly recommended not to eat them. Got food poisoning from them, the oil tasted rotton.
Toco John's sux I tried every couple years to see if I like it finally and they gave me diarrhea. Don't like it.

The food was wonderful and the service was fast. The lady in the drive through was very respectful and she was very patient with my young children trying to figure out what they wanted. I went through the drive through, so I don't know the atmosphere in the store.

I have stopped going to 2nd street. Their cooking is always so bad. I went there this morning to give a second chance and I specifically asked for extra nacho cheese on the breakfast burrito because they never put enough and I paid for extra. I’m lucky if I had half a bite with the bare minimum on it.

I wish we had taken pictures. We had the new beef tostada and the refried bean tostada. First.... the actual product only has about half of the ingredients than what the advertising shows. I know about fake food ad pictures. But, the quantity of each ingredient should be the same !!!!!!!!! If the picture reflected what was served, I would not have wasted my money.

I have paid a visit to this taco John's at least 5 days a week for the last 5 and a 1/2 years. I also have a very good reason for doing so. The fact that They have the best breakfast burritos on the market today Doesn't hurt at all but the staff at this parbitular restaurant is by far the most professional and courteous staff I have come across at any restaurant in my 49 years of living. I would say that better than half of the staff that are there now have been there ever since my first visit nearly 6 years ago. They have an incredible manager in Amy, and all of her staff seem to love her. Which in turn makes them want to work well for her. There is no praise I can give them that it's high enough. They make my day better with their professionalism.And their cheery dispositions.So thank you to the taco John's staff on 2nd street in Casper Wyoming. You are all my heroes.
