Stayed in Hotel next door. Called to order Potato Skins. Pretty complicated right? 10 minutes they will be done. Perfect. 10 minutes later in restaurant, nothing. My order wasn't even turned in. I left. Called back 30 minutes later, no Manager? No Assistant Manager either so they said. Another employee then informes me Potato Skins take 20 minutes to make sure they are cooked? So if someone orders an appetizer, you will get an entree quicker than Potato Skins? Yeah Right! Quality Restaurant! Not....

First off the waitress doesn't understand ADA rules on service animals and said my service dog wasn't allowed in there, and when I corrected her she replied she" didn't mind if people wanted to bring their pets in" ?I ordered the black and blue ribeye with a Ceasars salad and sweet potato fries. The Ceasars salad was wilted and soggy. Very disgusting. The ribeye was paper thin and tiny. I eat at steakhouses often. This "steak" was pathetic. And their "steak knives" are the serrated kind you find in Dennys that don't cut anything. The only thing good about the meal were the fries. At least they got that right. I paid just under $ 50 for this meal. I won't be dining there again.The warning should have been it's surrounded by low end hotels.

Loved the tots but the porterhouse chop could be bigger and juicier and tender. So, didn't like the chop but the sauce was good.Service at the bar was pretty good considering there was only one bartender for about 20 at the bar and tables.Loved the multiple levels of deco and games.
Weird vibe for Christmas anyways, like a goth and sparkly Christmas. Service sucked, sat and waited for 20 minutes before the maybe manager asked if we'd been helped and walked away. There's definitely plenty of employees working to sit that long. Prices are more steep than casper mountain. DO NOT EAT

Mediocre bar food, sold at high restaurant prices ,( 20$ burgers 45$ steaks.)Service and food were both pretty bad.Would not recommend or visit again.Everyone on our side of the table order was wrong or not what was described on the menu and just plain bad. None of our drinks were ever refilled, our wait staff never checked in. We cleared our own table.Mind you this place was practically empty for a Friday night. There was a handful of people at the bar and one other table dining.
