Thanks so much for the long dark hair that was in my taco salad,luckily I was only 2 bites in before I found it and threw it in the trash. Since I have blonde hair I know it was not mine. The burger we ordered had so much mayo and mustard on it that it was falling apart. By far the worst meal we've had at the east side location

Come here regularly at night after work and I have learned that if I get asked to pull into those parking spots to wait for my order then it will almost always be wrong. If you are making a customer wait for their order to begin with then how in the hell do you not have enough time to make sure everything is in the bag or that the burger had the right condiments on it? The answer is girls wanting to half-ass their job when they know they can get away with it.

It was absolutely disgusting when I walked in, clupms of HAIR and food cover the floor in front of the cash register, the coke machines were disgusting and there was a table with motorcycle helmet, chemicals and 10 drinks on it as well as what looked to be a cup of human urine, I think what's most uncomfortable is that a lot of the of the employees did not have their pants pulled up at all.

I placed two orders and they got both of them wrong. I ordered a Dave’s double for my co worker and didn’t get that I ordered a son of baconator and got a chicken sandwich. Absolutely horrible service I won’t be give them my money anymore!

I know it's just fast food. However, this crew that works here is amazing they work together so efficiently. Their customer service is top-notch. There is always a long line of cars outside, but that'd not because of poor timing it's because they can handle it and do it with a smile.
