We visited Wendy's on 2nd Street tonight and I ordered the son of the baconator with only ketchup mustard and pickles. I brought my sandwich home and once I brought it home I realized it only had mayonnaise on it. Okay, no big deal, I'll scrape the mayonnaise off. I ended up putting my own mustard on it and after I took a bite the bacon was disgusting. I remember bacon from Wendy's being a little crunchy, this was like it wasn't even cooked all the way through and tasted raw. I have always loved Wendy's so I'm not sure why it tasted like this. I couldn't even eat barely any of it. Super disappointed.

Wendy's has always been good. However, right now the prices are a bit nuts. 8.00 for a double cheeseburger?! Insane. However, you can save by getting a combo.

Food was typical Wendy’s but the service was horrible at best! One woman standing at register twiddling her thumbs and another extremely slow worker named David that was totally incompetent and extremely slow. Customers standing around waiting for orders for 20 minutes. One customer asked for a refund because it was taking so long and the manager had no idea how to handle it. It truly was comical watching these people try and fill the 3 orders that had. If Dave Thomas knew his business was being run like this, he’d shut it down.

Incompetent workers do not know the menu or the prices for starters. Then, the frosty I ordered wasn't at all full. I asked for it to be filled up and they did, but the older lady at the counter visible gruffed and rolled her eyes. Shouldn't have had to ask in the first place.

Went thru the drive thru got the sausage and egg crosciant of breakfast sausage from fast food I like there's the best.
Great service with quick and easy access to the drive thru. Staff are great and the asiago chicken burger was juicy and held a crisp outer texture! Great job and keep up the great work!

Me and my family placed in order for delivery the driver drove past us and we tried calling doordash doordash tried calling Wendy's they didn't answer for me or doordash doordash promised us a refund then said we have to call this other number in the morning to refund us because Wendy's wouldn't pick up so they can request to do are order then supposably we have call Wendy's to to get a refund which they don't know how to pick up a phone I guess
