Food was great and correctly made, however, when I asked for mustard to be put on my sandwich, they were apparently too lazy to do that so they instead gave me a cup of mustard to put on it, even though I told them about the mustard immediately following my request to purchase the sandwich.
Atmosphere is kind of cool and unique for a chain like Wendy's. Not huge on the CS because I specified I didn't want mustard, the person told me it didn't include mustard so no need but then when I got my order it did have mustard. All that kinda stuff does is ensure a negative review and then just not going there again for a few years (like happened last time lol).
The food is awesome but sometimes the service and atmosphere can be a lil messy specially if you get someone that has had a bad day. The atmosphere can't really do much about only because it depends on the people in the booths and tables.
