Every time we come to Casper we go to the Wyoming Rib and Chop House and every time is a 5 star experience. The Filet is melt in your mouth tender and the loaded baked potato is a meal in of itself. The service is nothing short of outstanding! Thank you for going above and beyond every time we come to Casper.
Lunch on a saturday for wife and I. Had heard good things about Rib and Chop in Cheyenne. Had a wedge (they were out of heads of lettuce) and bowl of gumbo, Wife had ribs with mac and cheese, house salad and spinach. Austin was our waiter and he is an excellent server. He made a “wedge” for me, so it worked out great. Gumbo was bland, no real cajun seasoning or kick to it. Had to add salt and chopped jalapeno to it. Ribs were dry, not fresh meat, almost like frozen...
First visit! Awesome experience. Filet mignon was perfectly cooked and so delicious. We also had a New York strip which was juicy and delicious as well. We had big tasty baked potatoes and nice fresh salads. Oscar was our waiter. He was very attentive and personable and helped make our experience so great! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great dining experience on our last night of vaca in the mountains!
