Seriously the cleanest, friendliest staff at any to go place in Cheyenne.
If I could leave a zero rating I would. My husband went to this location for dinner after we got back from a long trip so we didn't have to cook. 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered were not in the bag when he got home. I immediately called to notify them of the error and their response was "That is weird. We don't have any extras. I can take you name and address down to send you a coupon." Arby's offers consistent food quality and friendly service, but there have been issues with beverages. During a recent visit, the dining room was closed for renovations. In the drive-thru, two different drinks were handed to a customer, and the staff member was unsure which was which. Another customer reported that the sweet tea had gone bad, and despite mentioning it to multiple staff members, it was not addressed. The food itself was found to be good in both cases. While there were service and quality control issues, the staff was generally friendly and the soda machine was noted to be good.
