Usually has good food, but when busy don't expect much when it comes to order accuracy and food quality. But the kids working are nice enough to correct errors in a friendly, polite manner.Kid-friendliness: Have very kid-approved meal options, and great toys with the kids meals

Used the mobile app to pick up my food. Food wasn't ready. The employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me till he was done making his shake. The two jabbers jaws in the back couldn't multi task. My whopper was the worst one I've had in 30 years. Burger King has really slipped. They all be gone like Kmart here before to long.

Every time we come through the drive thru we are told they’re busy with something else and are left waiting up to 10 minutes in an empty drive thru. It’s ridiculous! Take the order and then continue with whatever you were working on inside that way the kitchen can start preparing the food. Also, they’re supposed to be open at 6:00am but didn’t even have the soda machine put together at 6:30am.

Very seldom do they get an order correct. I have been sitting in the drive-through now for 45 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. It took them 22 minutes just to take the order of the girl ahead of me. They still have not delivered her food. If I was not trapped in line and they didn't already owe me free sandwiches for the order they messed up last time we were here I would have left. This will most likely be my last visit to the Burger King on Lincolnway until they make some serious changes.I decided to try it again and it's worse than before. After waiting for almost 30 minutes being the only person in the Drive-Thru and inside I got a cold burrito not made the way they were supposed to they did not give me my hash browns and my coffee was the last thing they poured. I guess I should be grateful that my coffee didn't get cold sitting on the counter. Then I found out that the Gallup the window was the manager. Great standard of service Burger King way to go

It was hard to decide which was better, the food or the service, but I'll just say they were both great. The staff were friendly, prompt and accommodating while the food looked like it came right out of a commercial. I loved the Mushroom Swiss Melt and their fountain drinks were really awesome, too.

Tom was so kind and let me know they couldn’t put lettuce on my sandwich because it was all bad. I’ve gotten many sandwiches from there with slimy lettuce before. I appreciate Tom for not using the old lettuce anyways and letting me know!

Never had a problem these past 4 years but as of 12/28/2023 around 17:00 I open up my Whopper & there's a big bite or chunk ? out of the hamburger. I took a picture, but there is no option to post it with my review. I posted it ony facebook page & in the photo.It even had a Halloween wrapper?!We Returned the meal iteam. They replaced it and explained that sometimes chunks of the side get ripped off. I already knew that but it looked WAY to much like a bit mark ?Fountain drinks have always sucked there. Not enough employees is my guess.

Worst BK I’ve been to. Order took over 20 minutes. Asked about status of order, reply was it didn’t show up on the screen.I expect the inside of the wrapping to be greasy, the outside wrapping of all 3 sandwiches was covered in grease.
