Im updating my original review. One bad visit does not define a restaurant. After a couple of following visits, the service was 10x better. Not sure if I caught these guys at shift change on my first time here, but regardless of the small crews they run they handle business and the staff are awesome!
Dont come here if youre In a rush...
Haven't had it a long time and it was a treat, everything is as Burger King standard! Definitely would come back

The staff is very nice and always tries to help, sometimes correcting mistakes like missing cheese on a burger and even giving coupons as a gesture. Customers appreciate the polite employees and the welcoming atmosphere. While order accuracy might suffer during busy times, the staff is quick to fix issues. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible. Kid-friendly meal options and toys are available for children. The fountain drinks are also recommended. Overall, many customers say this is the best Burger King in Cheyenne, thanks to the friendly staff and fresh, delicious food.
