The food at this Carl’s Jr. location is consistently great—always made fresh and exactly how I ordered it. You can tell the team takes pride in getting it right. The only downside is the wait time in the drive-thru, which has been getting longer lately, likely due to being short-staffed. I understand these things happen, and the quality of the food keeps me coming back, but a quicker experience would definitely bump this to 5 stars.

I had a horse trailer and couldn’t fit through the drive through. The lobby was already closed for the night. Karina, the GM, was so kind to still serve us. Our food was hot and fresh and tasted so good. Our shakes were phenomenal. It was a great experience and we will go there again next time we’re in the Cheyenne area.

Food was good and fresh. The general manager helped us. She not only kept my change but was on the phone the whole time. I assume it was family or friend as it was a different language.
