I ordered the Spicy chicken deluxe and my fries were so salty they were inedible. I went to get them replaced and the replacement fries were just as salty. I didn’t even waste my time complaining a second time. Thanks for nothing “Ducky”. I’ll never spend my money there again.
This is the SLOWEST store I have been to across the United States. They do NOT utilize their workers the way Chick-fil-a has trained - they use headsets instead of employees in the drive thru taking orders, verifying, etc. When asked about this procedure, they claim they only have employees outside when there are too many people inside. Corporate needs to retrain every single employee at this location, or close it. This location gives the whole business a bad name.
